1. Service Description

AiBGX provides AI-powered image processing software for product photography enhancement. The service includes background replacement, image optimization, and batch processing capabilities.

2. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire
• Each image processing operation consumes 1 credit
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license key to activate the AiBGX software. You may install the software on up to 2 personal devices.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AiBGX only for legitimate product photography enhancement. You shall not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the software
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share license keys with third parties

5. Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Not activated: full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Activated but unused: refund available (payment-processor fees may be deducted)
• Partially used: refund limited to unused credits, or declined when usage constitutes substantial performance of the digital service
• Fully used: non-refundable

By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital credits and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once credits are used. For refund requests contact support via the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

AiBGX is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
