Question 1

How does AiBGX work?

Accepted Answer

AiBGX uses advanced AI to automatically detect your product, remove the background, and replace it with professional settings. Simply upload your photos and the AI handles everything in seconds.

Question 2

Is AiBGX allowed by Vinted/Depop?

Accepted Answer

Yes! AiBGX only enhances your product photos and replaces backgrounds. You are still showing your real item, which aligns with marketplace guidelines for authentic product listings.

Question 3

How many credits do I need?

Accepted Answer

Each image processing uses 1 credit. For a typical resale seller listing 20-50 items per week, the Popular pack (50 credits) is a great starting point.

Question 4

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No! Your credits never expire. Buy once and use them whenever you need, at your own pace.

Question 5

What image formats are supported?

Accepted Answer

AiBGX supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. Output is delivered in high-quality JPEG optimized for marketplace listings.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days before activation/use. Partially used credits may be refunded for the remaining unused portion only. Fully used credits are non-refundable because digital delivery starts immediately.

Question 7

Is AI background replacement detectable on Vinted?

Accepted Answer

AiBGX applies a multi-layer output pipeline tuned for marketplace photo checks — natural noise, compression patterns, and texture preservation that help your images blend in with real camera photos. Results are designed to pass Vinted and Depop automated quality scans.

Question 8

How does AiBGX compare to PhotoRoom/remove.bg?

Accepted Answer

Starter is €4.99 for 20 images (€0.25 each). The 2,000-image pack is €199.99 (€0.10 each), in the same range as PhotoRoom (~€0.10+ or a monthly plan) and remove.bg credit packs (~€0.08–€0.20). Pebblely packs are often about $19 for 200 images. AiBGX adds desktop batch processing and a virtual mannequin, and credits never expire.

Question 9

Can I use AiBGX for eBay/Amazon product photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes! AiBGX works great for eBay fashion listings, Amazon product photos, and any e-commerce catalog. Clean white backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, and consistent sizing help your products stand out across platforms.
